The Pfeiffer Falcons banged out 15 hits in game one and used three big innings in the second contest to sweep a doubleheader from the North Greenville baseball team Friday afternoon in Misenheimer, NC.  Pfeiffer won 10-2 and 8-1.

Randy Stegall (JR Pauline, SC) went 2-2 and Derek Fulmer (FR Pelion, SC) was 2-4 with a home run in the top of the first inning for NGU in game one.  Grayson Smith was the losing pitcher in game one, but Matthew Benjamin came on for three strong innings to shut out the Falcons.
Pfeiffer scored four runs in the fourth inning to break open a close game in the second game of the doubleheader which was a seven inning game.  Tanner Yarbro (FR Columbus, NC) took the loss in the second game.
The Crusaders (0-6) will play a single game with Pfeiffer (7-3) Saturday at noon, also in North Carolina, before hosting Tusculum Tuesday, Feb. 17 in a doubleheader.
